Professional Experience

His professional practice began at the firm "De Regil Abogados S.C.," where he interned and subsequently performed social service at the association "Article 19: Global Campaign for Free Expression S.C.," where he participated in the creation of a digital matrix that systematized the arguments of the judgments of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

Since August 2011, he has been part of Escartin Abogados, and in 2018, he was entrusted with directing the firm's Appeals and Amparo (Mexican constitutional relief) Area. There, he leads a team that, from 2018 to 2022, has filed more than two thousand nullity lawsuits against federal fines with a success rate of over ninety percent in favor of the firm's clients.

He has also participated in strategic litigation against laws, which has allowed them to obtain declarations of unconstitutionality for these laws, benefiting the firm's clients.
