That's why we only serve customers who are aligned with our ethical values. We are not an open firm to serve any type of client, we only serve those clients that have solid values, recognized ethical standards and who are committed to always acting within the framework of the law.
PRO BONO Culture and SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY; our firm has very clear its social responsibility, so since its inception it has an advisory council, formed by the partners and associates of the firm, where cases of people of scarce resources are treated permanently that for various reasons cannot defray legal expenses and that because of their vulnerability situation they require. Our pro bono committee values conducting issues with a gender equality, women's and underage rights approach. To date, we have addressed issues related to museums, institutions for the care of vulnerable minors, women with serious illnesses who required legal attention, etc. Currently, our firm handles an average of five permanent cases involving virtually all members of our firm.
Our clients may also submit some cases to the Pro Bono Committee of our firm, when they are aware of a case that requires it where even the firm pays for most of the expenses for the attention of them.
Zero tolerance against CORRUPTION; we are known to the public units against which we collaborate for not promoting any kind of corruption practice and we appreciate sharing that policy with our clients.
Family treatment to all our employees; all our employees are direct employees of our firm, we do not employ third parties in their hiring and absolutely all have social security, labor rights, institutional growth plans within the firm, etc. Not only that, since they come to work with us under an idea of respect for differences, thinking about gender equity and non-discrimination of any kind, they are part of the family of Scarlet Lawyers where in addition to having their labor rights under the law, there is a policy of family tolerance, because we care about their families , so if they have to miss family issues there is total tolerance, since we are a team focused on the results, so if our collaborators have personal issues, we only ask them to trust the team and do not count that kind of absences as faults or sanctions of another kind because we are a family and that tranquility and the focus on results has been reflected in a better service to our customers.
Sustainability; since our firm was born, we have been concerned with having sustainability policies, which are reflected in our programs of permanent saving of electricity in the institutional regulation that seeks not to use electricity in the areas and times when there are no people present, we also have a program of limited use of paper, since we try to have the largest number of documents in digital format and only in case they need to be printed , it is in an effort to use both sides of the sheets and a permanent sheet recycling programme is available. Our firm is also located in a smart building that has certifications of responsible energy consumption. We are a conscious affirm that our planet is our home and we must take care of it all the time.

We were the first firm to found and direct the Subcommittee on Consumer Law and Advertising Regulation at ANADE (National Association of Business Lawyers), we were also the first firm to be ranked as a firm specialized in Consumer Law and Advertising Regulation, by the Ranking of Tops Abogados Mexico and we have been innovating in the legal industry writing articles in specialized journals to publicize the benefits of knowing the regulation within multiple Compliance programs Etc.
